With an expanding pipeline of premium residential projects, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team and take ownership of pricing and tendering.

The Role
This role is integral to our success, ensuring we price and secure profitable projects while maintaining the high standards and reputation we are known for. As Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will manage cost planning, tendering, and financial control across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for high-end residential refurbishments (£200k - £3m)
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and procurement
- Managing tender submissions, producing clear pricing breakdowns for clients and architects
- Monitoring project costs, providing financial reports and tracking variations
- Attending site visits to assess progress and verify valuations
- Ensuring contracts and procurement processes align with project and financial goals
- Working closely with Directors to refine our pricing systems and improve efficiency
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in residential refurbishment
- Proficiency in cost planning and Excel (pricing models, cost schedules, take-offs)
- Experience with high-end residential projects (listed buildings, luxury refurbishments)
- Strong communication skills, confident liaising with architects, suppliers, and clients
- A proactive and detail-driven mindset ownership of numbers and pricing accuracy
- Familiarity with JCT and RIBA contracts (preferred but not essential)
- Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (desirable but not required)
