This ever-growing construction consultancy firm are looking for a Senior or Associate level MEP Surveyor to join their talented team in Central London. Key responsibilities for the Senior/Associate MEP Surveyor:

  • Undertake full quantity surveying duties, from cost planning and estimating to contract administration and final account settlement.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and the wider project team to deliver best-in-class cost management.
  • Contribute your technical expertise to drive value engineering initiatives and optimise project budgets.
  • Help develop junior members of the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Have the autonomy to bring in new business, add value to current projects, and shape the direction of the company.

The Ideal MEP Surveyor:

  • Experienced MEP Surveyor with a consultancy background, ideally having started in contracting.
  • Strong business development skills or the desire to take on this challenge.
  • Sociable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a tight-knit team.
  • Ready to take on the challenge of working in a smaller business with big growth ambitions.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) is preferred, but support for chartership is available.
