If so, click here...I'm looking for a strong Senior QS to join my client, a specialist M&E rail contractor on an ongoing contract based in South East London. The chosen candidate will be responsible for closing out packages and managing a large amount of change.

Location: LondonRoles and responsibilities:

  • Commercial reporting
  • The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
  • The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
  • The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
  • The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
  • Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers

Candidate Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
  • Experience managing M&E within a rail environment
  • Working knowledge of NEC
  • Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
