I'm looking for a strong Senior QS to join my client, a specialist M&E rail contractor on an ongoing contract based in South East London. The chosen candidate will be responsible for closing out packages and managing a large amount of change.

Location: London
Roles and responsibilities:
- Commercial reporting
- The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
- The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
- The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
- The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
- Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers

Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
- Experience managing M&E within a rail environment
- Working knowledge of NEC
- Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
