Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of their luxury residential and iconic landmark projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile developments.

Responsibilities:

- Provide commercial and contractual expertise on Drylining packages on luxury residential and iconic landmark projects, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections, identifying potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Oversee the procurement process, including subcontractor selection, negotiation, and award of contracts, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate and timely cost reports to project stakeholders, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to mitigate commercial risks, resolve disputes, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the quantity surveying team, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, representing the company professionally and promoting a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

- Chartered status with the RICS or CIOB is advantageous.
