Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 / £85,000 plus car allowance/company car, private healthcare, 25 days holiday
THE COMPANY
?An award winning subcontractor who are experiencing an exciting growth period in Essex and London.
THE JOB
This exciting role will see you as the commercial lead. You will report to a visiting Commercial Manager whilst ensuring cash flow is maximised, providing commercial input, preparing monthly cost reports and managing sub contractors.
?WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- The ideal candidate will have managed projects between £1M - £10M
- Experienced in residential or commercial new build projects
- Full knowledge of JCT forms of contract
- Excellent understanding of Excel
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Self motivating
- Highly numerate
- Evidence of maintaining a professional, consistent and fair approach
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
