Job Title MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary 75k - 85k + Package
We are currently seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading M&E contractor based in London. You will be predominately site based on large commercial and residential contracts for FTSE 100 clients.
Our client seeks someone with:
- Experience of taking ownership of a contract from tender stage, right through procurement and management of subcontracts to final account
- Excellent legal understanding with knowledge of handling standard forms of contract particularly knowledge and understanding of running Turnkey Design and Build Fit out contracts
- Thorough understanding of budgets and financial constraints
- Good communication, commercial and organisation skills essential
- MEP Experience
- Experience working for a Subcontractor.
Initially, the successful individual will be working on large tenders, taking any secured through to site.

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor required for a leading M&E Contractor to work on Commercial & Residential contracts in and around London. The client is a leader providing the design, installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems to a range of sectors which include; Commercial offices, banks, data centres, education, government buildings, residential, retail, and pharmaceutical laboratories.
The individual we are seeking will be ambitious and driven to succeed in a high pressure environment.
All future work will be based in London so it is essential that the ideal candidate lives within commuting distance.
