The Project
Residential Led, Mixed Use new build project, 200m
Seven new build blocks to over 30 storeys, providing over 400 apartments as well as commercial and retail space.
This is a particularly complex and technically challenging project with extensive alteration and reinforcement of an existing subterranean live structure, above which some of the blocks will be built.
About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on projects of 50m+, being part of a collaborative commercial and construction team.
You will be the Commercial Lead on this project on site and will have responsibility for other Quantity Surveyors.
You will need to have prior experience of RC Frame Residential new build projects.
