The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role within the London team of 25, leading major projects across Industrial, Logistics, and Data Centre sectors, while also gaining exposure to high-end residential and office fit-out/refurbishments. This is an opportunity to take on exciting new-build and refurbishment schemes, working with prestigious clients across the UK and Europe.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- A RICS-accredited degree qualification (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
- 5+ years of UK consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong pre & post-contract experience
- Experience in Industrial, Logistics, or Data Centre projects (highly desirable)
- MRICS status or committed to achieving chartership
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
