As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of power and utility projects, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance, and financial performance. You will be working closely with senior management and project teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

- Oversee the commercial management of projects ranging from 5m to 60m in value.
- Ensure accurate cost forecasting, risk management, and reporting.
- Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

- Engage with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the power, utilities, or civil engineering sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver high-margin projects.

- Background in a Tier 1 contractor (either build or civils).
