Senior Quantity Surveyor - Southwest London
An established construction cost consultancy based in Southwest London is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, with a focus on Leisure developments, including Holiday Parks, Casinos, and Cinemas.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects from concept to completion and mentoring junior staff members. This role will also involve travel to various project sites.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing project costs and budgets
- Preparing tender documents and contract reports
- Conducting site visits and attending project meetings
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Providing effective mentorship to junior staff
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or currently working towards qualification
- Experience within a private practice or consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
