Requirements and Duties:
- Change Management
- Compensation Events Quotation/Project Management Assessment Negotiations
- Subcontractor Procurement
- Subcontractor Management
- Monthly CVR's
- Management of a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on water/utilities packages
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and maximise profits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors.
