Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Senior/Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced senior quantity surveyor to run a 40 million project in the Cotswolds. They've been one site for over a year doing enabling works. A commercial lead is needed to run the site team, finish off the enabling works and oversee procurement of all the main works, from stonemasonry through to finishing works.

Responsibilities for Senior/Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing the day-to-day operations on site.
- Delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Closing out the enabling works and procurement of all the main works.
- Managing Packages
- Managing Sub-Contractors
- Site Meetings.

Requirements for Senior/Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience on projects valued up to 40 million.
- Within 1 hour of the Cotswold site.
- Previous work as a number 1 on site.
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
