They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a high-rise project in East London.
The development includes 250 units with a total value of £85 million.
Candidates should have experience leading high-rise RC frame developments valued over £80 million.
The salary offered for this position is between £90,000 and £95,000, along with a full package and bonus system.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a project in East London.

The development consists of 250 units, High rise RC Frame build, total value 85m.

You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commercial.

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading High Rise RC Frame developments in excess of 80m.

In return, our client is offering 90k - 95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
