Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for an established Tier 1 Main Contractor. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on refurbishment projects across North London. Works will include decarbonisation, cladding upgrades, replacement bathrooms and windows, roofing repairs and various other works. Quantity Surveyors will be working as part of a large commercial function, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Assistant Quantity Surveyors with experience in main contracting is beneficial. Ideally wed be looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1+ years post graduate experience who wants to join a long standing reputable main contractor working for one of the most successful divisions within the company group.

Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be based in Head Office in North East London.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• £35,000 - £37,500 Basic Salary
• £Travel/Car Allowance
• Negotiable package for the right candidate
