An elite Quantity Surveying & Project Management Consultancy in Chelsea is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead some of London's most exclusive high-end residential and commercial projects.
This is a rare opportunity to take the reins on ultra-prime developments valued from £10m - £100m+, working alongside world-class architects, interior designers, and developers in the most prestigious postcodes in London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, bespoke projects in the super-prime sector. Leading from the front, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of quality, budget control, and client satisfaction.
This consultancy offers a flat structure, meaning no red tape, direct access to Directors, and a fast-track to Associate level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-value luxury residential projects from inception to completion
- Take full financial control, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum value
- Work closely with HNW clients, architects, and designers to bring visionary projects to life
- Mentor and guide Project Quantity Surveyors to enhance team performance
- Identify commercial opportunities and drive profitability

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
- Pre and Post Contract experience
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion £10m+
- High-end Residential experience
- MRICS or currently working towards
