An elite Quantity Surveying & Project Management Consultancy in Chelsea is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead some of London's most exclusive high-end residential and commercial projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, bespoke projects in the super-prime sector. Leading from the front, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of quality, budget control, and client satisfaction.

This consultancy offers a flat structure, meaning no red tape, direct access to Directors, and a fast-track to Associate level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-value luxury residential projects from inception to completion
  • Take full financial control, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum value
  • Work closely with HNW clients, architects, and designers to bring visionary projects to life
  • Mentor and guide Project Quantity Surveyors to enhance team performance
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive profitability

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Pre and Post Contract experience
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion £10m+
  • High-end Residential experience
  • MRICS or currently working towards
