Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in high-end and luxury building projects.
The ideal candidate should have a QS degree and approximately 7-8 years of post-degree experience.
Candidates must demonstrate experience as the commercial lead on projects valued at £20 million or more.
Familiarity with Design and Build (D&B) as well as traditional methods is required, along with competence in the JCT suite of Contracts.
Exposure to two-stage procurement routes is also advantageous.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with experiencein high end and luxury building.

Ideally QS degree qualified
Circa 7-8 years post degree experience.
Demonstratable experience of being commercial lead on projects up to and in excess of 20m
Experience in D&B and traditional
Competent with the JCT suite of Contracts and NEC would also be useful.
Exposure to 2 stage procurement routes
