The Role:

  • Cost planning & management from inception to completion
  • Procurement, tendering & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
  • Value engineering & financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency
  • Stakeholder management, working closely with clients, contractors & design teams
  • Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors to develop team capability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
  • Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
  • Excellent cost control, budgeting & commercial awareness
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
