The Role:
- Cost planning & management from inception to completion
- Procurement, tendering & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
- Value engineering & financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency
- Stakeholder management, working closely with clients, contractors & design teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors to develop team capability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
- Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
- Excellent cost control, budgeting & commercial awareness
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
