Our client a leading teir 1 main contractor is seeking a Site Quantity Surveyor to join their team in NW London. The current project is a High rise residential refurbishment both internal and external. So previous experience working within similar projects Is a must.

Benefits: £6,000 (Car allowance), Healthcare, 26 Days Annual Lave, 1 Day work from home

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and progress updates.
  • Ensure full compliance with subcontract management processes, particularly regarding procurement, measurement and valuation, contractual instructions and notices, orders, and health and safety obligations.
  • Show a clear understanding of both internal and external tender strategies, while working towards achieving the profit plan.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to finalize main and subcontract accounts.
  • Negotiate external valuations and manage cash flow to maximize project profitability.
  • Foster and drive the project teams performance, ensuring that key contractual obligations and strategies are implemented and regularly assessed.
