Real Estate Associate (2-6 PQE) – LondonA highly regarded real estate team is seeking an Associate to join their London office. The team advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters, investment, development projects, investment structuring, portfolio deals, corporate occupier matters, and real estate financing. The firm operates across multiple sectors, including offices, logistics, leisure, hotels, renewable energy, and residential.Real Estate - Associate - 2 to 6 years PQE - London - Salary up to £180,000 As an Associate in this dynamic real estate practice, you will play a key role in handling commercial property transactions and providing strategic legal advice to clients. The role requires a strong foundation in UK real estate law and an understanding of London’s property market. RKey Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including leases, sale and purchase agreements, and certificates of title, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide strategic and commercial advice on real estate matters.
  • Conduct due diligence and assess legal risks to protect client interests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive legal services.
Key Skills and Experience
  • 2 - 6 years PQE with relevant real estate experience from a leading firm.
  • Ambitious, commercially minded, and technically proficient.
  • Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent academics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
