With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing unmatched services, they are looking to recruit a highly skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

Personal specification:
• Some experience within residential estate agency would be advantageous, but is not essential• Experience working in Prime Central London (preferably West Prime Central London)• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships• Relevant professional qualifications are would be advantageous (e.g., ARLA)• IT literate• Friendly personality• Full UK driving licence.
Our client is offering a basic salary of £20,000, plus on target earnings in the region of an attractive £60,000 to £65,000! A pooled car will be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. When a Saturday (10am to 3pm) is worked, you will get half a day in lieu the following week.
