Amour Recruitment is looking for an experienced Block Property Manager to manage a portfolio from Watford to Bedford and Kings Lynn to Norwich.
Candidates must have a recognized qualification (ATPI or IRPM) and previous experience in block property management.
This standalone remote position requires monthly office meetings and involves duties such as site inspections and liaising with maintenance contractors.
The role offers a salary starting from £35,000, which can be negotiated for those with IRPM/AIRPM qualifications, along with a car allowance of £3600.
Applicants should possess a driving license, good business acumen, and excellent time management skills, with a block property background being essential.

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio covering from Watford to Bedford and Kings Lynn to Norwich.

You must have previous experience and hold a recognised qualification (ATPI or IRPM) as this role is a standalone remote position, with the requirement to go into a local office for meetings once a month.

Duties include:

· Carrying out site inspections

· Dealing with breaches of the lease

· Completing Section 20 Notices

· Supporting block management team

· Liaising with maintenance contractors

Personal requirements:

· Driving license

· Good business acumen

· Excellent time management

· Block Property background is essential

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: from £35,000 (can negotiate if IRPM/AIRPM qualified) plus a car allowance of £3600. Fuel & any parking expenses whilst on property visits will also be paid.
