Our prestigious GCC banking client is seeking a Property Client Service Manager essuring guidance and assistance across a broad spectrum of requirements which includes guidance through successful property purchases into completion, guidance on the London / UK property market (conditions / fluctuations / positioning), building relationships with selective Estate Agents, and assisitng with more manual work including bill payments, transfers and other adhoc tasks. The role will only include soft selling/marketing to existing bank clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead our customers through successful purchases into completion, through our solicitors, surveyors and estate agents. To include also assisting with Transfers, Lease Extensions and co-ordination for Wills.
- To assist our clients in gaining proper guidance and assistance on all avenues of the property market and its most suitable investments.
- To build-up a strong relationship with selective Estate Agents to identify suitable properties for our clients, in line with their requirements.
- To have an in-depth knowledge of the property market and its latest developments and fluctuations.
- To assist when necessary, with real estate bill payments.
- To liaise with Manager Trusts & Estates for any enquiry related to Trusts and Offshore companies.
- To make sure that all the work conducted is fully compliant with the Bank’s procedures and policy.
- Ensure that customer requests for information, assistance and action are promptly met.
- To always preserve customer confidentiality, paying particular attention to the security of documentation and communications. Also, adherence to instructions for safe guarding information and not disclosing any information about customers to a third party without the customer’s written approval, or otherwise in compliance with legal/statutory requirements.
- To ensure that customers’ complaints and problems are solved promptly and satisfactorily and to submit to Senior Management reports regarding any problems as well as keeping him well informed of all developments and the relationship between the client and the Bank.
- To ensure the Bank’s position is protected in terms of Compliance and legal issues.
Qualifications Required:
- College/University Degree educated
Experience
- 2-7 years exp in the Property Market / Real Estate.
Competencies:
- Ability to maintain efficiency under pressure.
- High level of conscientiousness, to ensure accuracy in executing tasks.
Essential Skills:
- Fluent to Native level of Arabic speaking (mandatory)
- High level of communication and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent customer relationship & problem-solving skills
Key Success Factors
- Good relationships and quality of service with customers and external providers of Real Estate services.
- Sound knowledge of UK Property market
- Knowledge of property conveyancing / transaction processes would be very helpful.
