Our client, a leading property investor, is seeking a Technical Services Manager to enhance their Property Management team.
The role involves managing projects related to asset improvement, energy, and fire safety within a Student Accommodation portfolio.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Fabric, Mechanical, and Electrical systems, with preference given to those with residential experience.
The position offers a salary of up to £85,000 along with a bonus of approximately 20% and additional benefits such as healthcare and a generous pension.
A minimum of several years of relevant experience in property management is required for this role.

Our client, a leading property investor are looking to strengthen their Property Management team and are now seeking to recruit Technical Services Manager responsible for delivering various projects across a Student Accommodation portfolio.

Duties will include instigating, procuring and managing various projects relating to asset improvement, energy and fire safety projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Fabric,Mechanical and Electrical knowledge, and ideally some experience of Residential, however candidates in the commercial property sector will also be considered.

The role comes with a salary up to £85,000, a Bonus up to circa 20% of your salary, various benefits including Healthcare and a generous pension.
