Commercial Property Coordinator, £15.50ph (£32K)

Central London – start asap - 1 year contract

Fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and efficient Property Coordinator to work for this global real estate organisation.

As part of the Estates Management Team, you will support in the collection of rent, service charges, insurance rent of the portfolio and analysing data.

Duties will include:

  • Day to day contact for all commercial properties.
  • Regular visits to sites to meet with tenants and occupiers.
  • Onsite completion of Property Safety Audits.
  • Administration of properties 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and staff.
  • Review and interpret lease agreements, service charge budgets, and other documents to ensure accurate billing and collection of charges.
  • Support with leasing and rental management.
  • Prepare, present and obtain approval for Service Charge budgets.
  • Prepare annual service charge budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation including Health & Safety, RICS etc.
  • Identify and mange potential risks to properties and tenants.
  • Arrange and supervise maintenance repair work.
  • Key liaison between commercial tenants and facilities management team.
  • Support with utility and service connections for tenants.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar role within the commercial property market.
  • Experience in Commercial property management, estates management, administration of related discipline.
  • Understanding of commercial property operations, lease terms and lease enforcement
  • Able to manage large workloads effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong proficiency in using Property Management Systems (Yardi is desirable)
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Proficient in analysing data and strong numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive team player
  • Self starter, positive, driven

This is a 1 year temporary contract with the possibility of permanent so commitment is a must!
