Commercial Property Manager

Collins Property Recruitment are recruiting a Commercial Property Manager / Block Manager for a leader in Central London’s property market with over 60 years’ experience, managing some of the most prestigious commercial and residential properties across London.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of commercial and block management properties, ensuring compliance, maintaining key client relationships, and delivering outstanding service. Reporting to the Associate Director of Property Management, you’ll play a key role in driving our reputation as trusted property advisors.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Manager:

  • Ensure compliance with insurance, health & safety regulations, and legislation.
  • Prepare and review annual service charge budgets and expense accounts.
  • Oversee rent collection and support arrears recovery with the Associate Director.
  • Proactively manage key lease and tenant events, including critical dates.
  • Act as a liaison between service teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Uphold compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.

The ideal Commercial Property Manager will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Commercial or Block Manager.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g., TRAMPS, Fixflo) is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Relevant qualifications (RICS, NAEA, or health & safety certifications) are desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
