Sonic Summary

TSASurveying is seeking Damp and Mould Surveyors for a 6-month contract in London and Surrey.
The role is outside IR35 and offers payment per survey for houses and flats.
Surveyors will work on over 1800 properties, with appointments booked by the client.
A standard DBS check is required, along with personal equipment such as a laser measure, propitmeter, and anemometer.
Candidates with a Damp and Mould qualification and relevant experience are preferred, with a competitive salary based on the number of surveys completed.

TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Damp and MouldSurveyorson a6 MONTH CONTRACT in/around LONDON and SURREY

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats.
Over 1800 properties to be surveyed
Propertieslocated in/around LONDON and SURREY
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
Standard DBS (IN DATE) Required
Own Equipemnt ( Laser Measure, Proptimeter and Anemometer)
Damp and Mould Qual would be highly regarded.
