General Needs Housing Co- Ordinator

BDS are recruiting for a General Needs Housing Co-Ordinator in London N1.

We are working alongside an amazing none profit organisation who support young working professionals in London with affordable quality accommodation. We are looking for someone to be based in our flagship residence, 125 young workers who cannot afford to rent or buy properties through the private sector, with contemporary, secure, hassle-free accommodation.

The role purpose of the role is to ensure the proper administration, management, duty cover, maintenance and health & safety of the property in accordance with operating standards, policies and procedures.

Duties include but are not limited too;

Support the Property Manager in managing any complaints made by residents, ensuring procedures are followed and residents are kept updated at all times.

Support the Property Manager in managing any incidents, including but not limited to, cases of anti-social behaviour, illegal drug use, nuisance & harassment.

To promptly report welfare concerns to the Property Manager.

Support the Property Manager in planning and delivering a programme of resident events.

This is a full term perm position
