We have a role doing:
- Analysing current and newly acquired market intelligence and datasets to contribute to new business development efforts
- Offering suitable options for clients
- Adding and updating leads/enquiries database
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings with potential tenants and buyers
- Cultivating and enhancing relationships with both landlords and tenants
- Negotiating lease agreements and sales transactions for commercial spaces and buildings
- Participating in client/team marketing meetings
You are….
- An excellent communicator with the ability to use your initiative & spot opportunities
- The ability to multitask as the role is fast paced and busy a lot of the time
- Passionate about property
- Hungry with good energy and MOTIVATED
- Good numeracy, literacy & IT skills
