Lettings Branch Manager - Walthamstow
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Branch Manager in Walthamstow to join a growing team in a dynamic and thriving office.
The Package:- Basic Salary: £20,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000+ in your first year
- Retainer for first 3 months while building your pipeline
- Uncapped commission scheme
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Fully-funded training towards a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA)

- Lead Daily Meetings: Motivate and direct the team to achieve KPI's.
- Coach & Develop Your Team: Provide support and guidance for staff development.
- Monitor & Assess Team Performance: Conduct one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Drive Business Growth: Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Viewings & Negotiations: Liaise with tenants to arrange viewings and negotiate offers on new tenancies.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory bodies' standards, minimizing risk to the business.
- Full UK Driving License (for a manual vehicle).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings, ideally at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
- Team Player: Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to create trusting relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Business Planning: Ability to develop and execute business plans relevant to the branch.
- Market Awareness: Monitor and assess performance against local competitors.
- Strong Knowledge of Legislation: Understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to manage high-volume workloads effectively.
- Customer Service Excellence: A reputation for outstanding customer service.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Good Telephone Manner and Strong IT Skills (proficiency in basic Microsoft packages).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
