Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and match applicants to available properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Carry out market appraisals and secure new business.
  • Provide well-researched and professional market advice.
  • Manage and maintain an effective applicant database with regular follow-ups.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful agreements.
  • Keep landlords informed with marketing feedback, viewings, and potential tenants.
  • Offer practical solutions to landlords for achieving prompt lets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through appraisals, instructions, and viewings.
  • Oversee transaction progress, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain office systems, software, and operational procedures.
  • Manage diaries efficiently to optimize time and productivity.
  • Prepare activity reports as required.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
