Pear Recruitment - Lettings Manager - Mayfair

Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 plus commission OTE £70,000 +

Our client a leading property investment and lettings/management company, established in 1985 based very close to Oxford St and dealing in London’s prime postcodes. They are an award-winning agency handling residential and commercial lettings, property management and property development and have extensive links with corporations and embassies and are seeking a full-time, Lettings manager with Property management experience to join their team.

Candidates should ideally have 2-3 years’ proven experience working in Central London, must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a real determination to succeed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ARLA qualified or similar
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to be understanding and fluid in decision making to an ever-changing market and work in a busy atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations
