Our Client is looking for a motivated self-starter with extensive knowledge of the London property market. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading market appraisals, developing a successful Lettings business, and managing Landlords on a daily basis.  For the right person, this is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a residential business under a prestigious brand.Due to an internal move, they have instructed GKR International to find a Lettings Manager to join their Central London team.  Key Responsibilities  
  • Secure instructions within agreed guidelines to meet business targets.
  • Oversee all outstanding financial matters related to client transactions.
  • Lead and inspire a team of negotiators to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market to generate introductions to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with the Sub-Divisional Head.
  • Ensure efficient administrative processes and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct thorough research and present findings professionally in written reports.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, maintaining confidentiality and trust at all times.
  • Take responsibility for delegated management tasks.
Candidate info- £40,000-£45,000 basic salary- Office over ride- Quarterly and Annual Bonuses- Monday to Friday with minimal weekend working required
