Salary: £30k (Negotiable depending on experience)
Plus OTE £70k

As a Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Lettings success. You will lead by example, setting high standards and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Manager
- Develop and implement effective Lettings strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and guidance.
- Oversee property listings and ensure they are presented attractively and accurately.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adapt the approach as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences.
