- Running the lettings department, from generating new business to managing existing clients
- Thinking outside the box to attract new landlords and tenants – this includes everything from traditional marketing like flyer distribution to leveraging an extensive database
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager
- A strong track record of generating new business and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with an ambitious drive to succeed
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus a generous commission structure, with guaranteed commission for the first 6 months to help you get established!
