Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission - guaranteed commission for the first 6 months Are you a driven and ambitious Lettings Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the thrill of building something from the ground up? If so, this exciting opportunity is for you! We are a dynamic and growing estate agency, with a recently opened second office in London. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to take ownership of the lettings department in order to drive its success. This is a fantastic chance to make your mark on the lettings side of this business. What you'll be doing:

Running the lettings department, from generating new business to managing existing clients
Thinking outside the box to attract new landlords and tenants – this includes everything from traditional marketing like flyer distribution to leveraging an extensive database
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Working closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company

What you'll need:

Proven experience as a Lettings Manager
A strong track record of generating new business and achieving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with an ambitious drive to succeed
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for property

What you will be offered:

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus a generous commission structure, with guaranteed commission for the first 6 months to help you get established!
