- Leading, driving, optimising and developing the Lettings Department
- Maximising and optimising the rental portfolio
- Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing landlords
- Actively seeking & signing up new landlords and properties
- Generating and conducting market appraisals.
- Winning instructions & closing deals.
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
- Managing a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll etc.
- Overseeing the processing of tenant applications and reference checks
- Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis.
- Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.
- Reviewing outgoings & budget cost analysis.
- Monitoring and promoting online staff reviews.
- Harnessing innovation and new business service provisions.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team and people management expertise
- Desire to succeed and grow within the business
- Strong time management skills
- Ambitious, dynamic and motivated to get the job done to the highest Standard
- Previous experience in similar role, either working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager
- Thorough understanding of Lettings
- ARLA qualified (preferable)
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
