We have a brilliant position available for a property coordinator to work for one of London’s oldest and most distinguished institutions with a vast portfolio of property.

As the letting’s portfolio coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the team while being a great ambassador to clients and tenants. This is a great opportunity to work for an established client who has a real love for Chelsea and is committed to investing in the long-term success of the area, preserving its rich heritage and identity.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Being point of contact for residential team
  • Handling letting enquiries for prospective and existing tenants
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Maintaining property details; uploading photographs, floor plans and descriptions
  • Managing and maintaining correspondence with tenants - event notifications, welcome emails, tenant check in/out reports
  • Managing and updating the residential key security system
  • Customer service - reviewing feedback and record keeping
  • Maintaining great relationships with agents and contractors
  • Office support - cover reception when needed, organising and coordination team events and socials plus any ad hoc admin duties
  • Assisting the head of lettings management with admin tasks etc
  • Additional projects

We are looking for someone who has previous experience within property support along with a keen interest in the property world. This role will really suit someone who is a great multitasker, and a strong communicator who is very organised with high attention to detail. This is a full-time office based position Monday to Friday.
