Property Manager Kingsbury/Hendon

Salary £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on Experience)

5 Days a week

Driver and full licence required

Our client is looking for a Property Management Consultant to join their branch in either Kingsbury or Hendon to work within their fantastic team. Inspections will be a part of your working week around 10-15, along with organising EPCs, Gas safety certificates along with canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals.

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team looking after a large portfolio of properties.Property Management is a core element of our clients business with many of their clients having been with them for years.

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations

Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors

Tenancy renewals and amendments

Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation

Working with a team to ensure a high standard of customerservice is delivered

Arranging reactive and planned maintenance

Carry out property inspections

Requirements for the role include:

Working as part of a team

To always provide an excellent customer service experience

To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff

Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software

Experience essential

  • Clean driving license
  • They have an in-house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend many relevant training courses to help with their career progression.
