As the Property Manager, you will be dealing with landlords and tenants, managing their own property portfolio and handling property management queries throughout the duration of a tenancy in an efficient and timely manner, keeping all parties always fully informed. The ideal candidate with have over one year's experience as a property manager, have a confident and enthusiastic approach to work and have excellent customer service skills. You will be managing luxury properties in prime locations in London and we would highly encourage those with prior experience in those areas to apply.

As the Property Manager, you will:

  • Manage and respond to landlord and tenant property queries and issues.
  • Proactively communicate with both the landlord and tenant and compiling relevant reports.
  • Keep property records up to date.
  • Obtain competitive quotations and instruct contractors.
  • Book and monitor work.
  • Invoice processing in a timely manner.
  • Organise inventory, check-in and check-out appointments and distribute reports.
  • Set up and close down utilities.
  • Organise timely safety checks and any required remedial works to completion.
  • Distribution of safety records to all relevant parties.
  • End of tenancy report evaluation, damage proposals to the landlord and management of the deposit distribution.

As the Property Manager, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 3 years experience working as a property manager.
  • Experience working with Prime Property.
