Property Manager

We are looking for a Residential Property Manager with at least one year's experience to join a high-end Real Estate agency in North West London. The agency's clients (Tenants and Landlords) are typically high net worth individuals/families and as such, your presentation and communication will be essential in this role. Managing a property portfolio of 100+ residential properties, there is lots of opportunity to progress within the company as they continue to grow. This is a fully office based role, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.Tasks include: * Managing approximately 100 residential properties based in high end areas of North West London (Belsize Park, St John's Wood, Hampstead) * Liaison with tenants, Landlords and contractors, project managing maintenance requirements from initial query until completion* Managing property inspections - check in and check out processes * Resolving complaints raised* Management of documentation, recording and storing accurately * Valuation of Properties* Negotiating deposit returns with tenants and landlords * Uploading claims to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme * Managing any administrative tasks for propertiesYou will be:* At least one year's Property Management experience required* Property Management from an Estate Agency background preferred * Good understanding of lettings and Property Management legislation * Excellent communication skills* Able to hit the ground running, requiring minimal supervision* Able to multi-task and prioritize* Excellent Microsoft Office skills* Ability to work as part of a team Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
