We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in both commercial and residential property management to join a highly successful team of Property Developers and Investors in Central London. You will be overseeing a distinguished portfolio in prime Central London locations, ensuring that tenants of both commercial and residential properties receive a superior level of service.This is a fully office based role, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Key Responsibilities:* Oversee a prestigious portfolio of both commercial and residential properties in Central London. * Act as the main point of contact for tenants, providing excellent communication, handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally.* Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work.* Ensure all properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements, including Health & Safety, fire safety, and building regulations.
