Dove & Hawk are on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to join a market-leading estate agency who will be responsible for handling the day-to-day management of a rented property portfolio. This includes getting the property ready for a tenant to move in, day to day maintenance, ensuring safety requirements are met and managing the return of deposits.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Managing a portfolio circa 180 properties
  • Managing and responding to landlord and tenant property queries and issues.
  • Proactive communication with both the landlord and tenant and compiling relevant reports.
  • Keeping property records up to date.
  • Obtaining competitive quotations and instructing contractors.
  • Booking and monitoring work.
  • Invoice processing in a timely manner.
  • Organising inventory, check-in and check-out appointments and distribute reports.
  • Setting up and closing down utilities.
  • Organise timely safety checks and any required remedial works to completion.
  • Distribution of safety records to all relevant parties.
  • End of tenancy report evaluation, damage proposals to the landlord and management of the deposit distribution.

Salary Budget: £30,000 - £38,000per annum DOE
