Property Manager

Experienced Property Manager required for a North London Estate Agency. £35k - £38k + bonus

My client in North London is a multi-branched independent estate agent which prides themselves on delivering quality service. They are market leaders in their core areas, and are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team for their office near Arsenal.

If you're someone who has a high-attention to detail, professional and friendly, ability to build rapport, shas strong communication skills and uses initiative, you'll ace it here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of 120-130 properties
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, responding to Tenant and Landlord inquiries and keeping all parties updated
• Prepare and manage any necessary paperwork for new and existing Landlords and Tenants
• Conduct interim property visits, making recommendations for property upkeep
• Keep detailed records of all interactions and actions
• Work with the Lettings, Accounts and Move-in teams

Package

• Salary: £35,000 - £38,000, negotiable based on experience
• Additional bonuses: Commission, loyalty bonus, and quarterly bonus based on performance
• 20 days of holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am - 4pm with day-in-lieu
• Based near Arsenal, North London
• No car or driver's license is required
• Company social events
