  • Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30, Wednesday from 08:30 to 17:30, and Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Nouvo Recruitment are working with a local organisation who are going from strength and strength for which this is a really exciting time to join such an innovative team. Ideally looking for an experienced Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager looking for the next step in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage your portfolio and take responsibility for good all-round customer service
  • Dealing with customer queries verbally and in written form
  • Manage electronic data and ensure e-mails and calls are responded within 24hrs
  • Management of H&S, FRA, Asbestos and all other legal requirements
  • Site Reports and lift engineering works
  • Completing minutes and site reports
  • Set up meetings for the year ahead when taking over new sites
  • Continually seek value for money by obtaining quotes from several contractors and sourcing local contractors to site
  • Creating contract orders and signing contracts
  • Ensure all blocks have up to date H&S and FRA including appropriate signage
  • Authorise expenditure ensuring that the site does not fall into money difficulties and always remains with a steady cash flow
  • Working with accounts to create realistic budgets
  • Set/communicate leaseholder and resident meetings, ensure that minutes are kept and sent
  • Prompt and cost-effective maintenance of individual portfolios.
  • Authorise seller’s packs to ensure that correct and up to date information is included.
  • Conduct site visits

About You;

  • A good knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
  • To have passed stage 1 of the first IRPM exam
  • Strong self-motivation to keep improving, learning and developing.
  • Good soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand the customers’ needs.
  • Good knowledge of QUBE computer system.
  • Good knowledge of windows-based applications - i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:00-17:30
  • Wednesday 08:30-17:.30
  • Friday 09:00-17:00
