Property Manager - Deptford

Basic Salary £30,000 - £33,000

Licence and own car required

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6pm, with only one Saturday a month on a rota from 9 am to 3pm

Looking after a Portfolio of around 90 Properties. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, set within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Typical duties will include:

Check ins and check out inventory reporting.

Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers

Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork

Carrying out property inspections and meter readings

Assist with small maintenance tasks.

HMO Fire alarm tests and updates

Preparing and supplying basic landlords accounts

Skills Required:

At least one year experience in a similar role

Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)

Accounts and Bookkeeping experience desirable

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Full clean driving licence
