Company profile - Property Manager:
Our client is a Property Management specialist company who is all about their local community and providing the best service for their landlords and tenants alike. Their properties are all across Southwest and Central London and offer a variety of different housing types and styles, valuing at over £80 million. They strive to deliver a first-class service and professionalism to their clients.
Key Duties - Property Manager:
- Liaise with Directors re project schedule of works, progression and pricing
- Liaise with Property Owners and Landlords re property inspections, schedule of works and costs
- Assist as required with the preparation of new properties
- Assist with propping staging, and styling of new properties
- Order furniture and arrange delivery
- Oversee and assist with furniture assembly and placement
- Assist with staging of property as required
- Assist with updates to property photography and Matterport requirements
- Liaise with Directors re project schedule of works, progression and pricing
- Liaise with Property Owners and Landlords re property inspections, schedule of works and costs
Person Profile - Property Manager:
- Exceptional Customer Service and Client Management skills
- Property Management experience
- Customer focused with proactive mindset to ensure clients receive outstanding service levels
- Collaborative team player
- Confident and composed in order to work under pressure and solve problems
- Local to SW London with good knowledge of the local area
- Full UK DL
Salary and Benefits Package - Property Manager:
£33,000- £40,000 salary DOE
