Property Manager  

The RoleJoin our Property Services team as a Property Manager, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the company’s vision and values. A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and positive attitude are essential.Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio, building strong client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Conduct property visits, including pre-tenancy and mid-tenancy inspections.
  • Handle insurance claims and assess maintenance issues, prioritising urgency.
  • Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns, deductions, and dilapidation negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage costs, arrears, and invoice payments.
  • Liaise with utility providers and councils for tenancy transitions, ensuring accurate meter readings.
  • Maintain high standards of property inspections and provide professional advice to landlords.
