Our client, a respected and successful Estate Agent with branches throughout London, are looking for a Property Manager to join one of their North West London offices. The Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of high end properties, working with a friendly, supportive team. Main tasks include:* Acting as main point of contact for contractors, landlords and tenants* Arranging day to day repairs and keeping tenants informed of progress* Ensuring all properties are kept up to date with safety requirements & current legislation* Completing tenancy renewal paperwork* Assessing and negotiating of the return of the tenant's security deposit* Dealing with and negotiating early terminations and change of tenant* Monitoring and chasing of any rent arrears* Completing inspections and property visitsSkills:* Two to three year's Residential Property Management experience * Reapit software preferable * Strong IT skills* Able to multi-task & work under pressureThis is an excellent opportunity to continue to build a career in property management while working with a friendly positive minded team.
