Property Manager - 1 Year Contract - Remote - £40,000 - Own laptop required - Immediate Start and Interviews.Zachary Daniels have partnered with an amazing Luxury business who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Property Manager.In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of adiverse portfolio of properties. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a high levelof motivation, a comprehensive understanding of property management, and a commitmentto delivering exceptional customer service.Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, negotiations, enforcement of lease terms, and move-ins/move-outs.
  • Oversee and coordinate property maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and routine inspections. Work with contractors and maintenance staffto ensure timely and cost-effective property upkeep.
  • Develop and manage property budgets. Monitor rent collections, handle financial transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to obtain competitive bids and ensure quality services. Manage vendor relationships and performance.
  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations related to property management. Ensure properties comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Advertise available properties through various channels and conduct property showings.
  • Conduct thorough tenant screening processes, including background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification, to select qualified tenants.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and address issues such as property damage, maintenance emergencies, or tenant disputes. Implement and communicate emergency procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on property performance, financial status, and maintenance activities. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for each property.
