Property Manager- Central London- Mon- Fri- £30,000- £40,000Job Title: Property ManagerSalary: £30,000- £40,000Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:30pm. My client, an independent residential estate agent that have been around for nearly 30 years are looking for a Property Manager to join the close-knit team in Central London. You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of 170 AST properties. This is a great opportunity to have autonomy and exposure to the full property management cycle!Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Full management of assigned portfolio
  • Ensure landlords are compliant with legislation and contractual obligations by ensuring all relevant safety certificates are up-to-date.
  • Arrange repairs & maintenance as-and-when required.
  • Obtain quotes from contractors.
  • Deal with insurance claims in a timely manner.
  • Carry out regular property inspections.
  • Provide an advisory service to all clients, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Deal with end-of-tenancy negotiations in a timely manner.
  • Seek opportunities to increase revenue for the department, by cross-selling other services

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
